Hawkeye Property Services realizes that buying a home is a critical time for a client and therefore we believe an un-rushed personalized inspection experience is in order. We typically take 3-5 hours to inspect the property and answer your questions, then an additional 3-5 hours in preparing your richly illustrated, hyper-linked and highly personalized home inspection report. The report is generated electronically delivered to you within 24 hours (hard copies available upon request). Your inspection experience and the quality of the final report will justify the extra time we take.
If at the conclusion of the home inspection you don't feel we have conducted a thorough review of the property to your satisfaction, you don't pay. Ultimately, a thorough inspection depends heavily on the individual inspector's effort. If you allow us the privilege of inspecting your home, we guarantee that you will get our very best effort.
