SAMPLE Hawkeye Property Services utilizes state of the art reporting software to deliver a meaningful, clear view inspection report. We believe our clients deserve more than a hastily prepared check list with a few scribbled notes and no photographs or technical drawings. Often times home inspectors will bulk out their reports with generalized reference material; our reports focus directly on your property only and are typically 40-90 pages long. Reference material is available through the on-line version of the report which contains hyperlinks, all text in blue links to articles which specifically explain any given item as well as full a reference library on every system which makes up the home, regular maintenance routines and a "ballpark" cost estimating document. Reports are delivered electronically as well as a professionally bound full color hard copy following the day of inspection. The electronic copy can be easily shared with agents, contractors or anyone else you may need to consult with. Of course our consulting service is available for as long as you own the home, the graphic nature of the report makes it easy for us to remember the particulars of a property and offer meaningful advice.
